The neighborhood offers a wide range of services and shops. The student could choose between two bedrooms and adapt it to him/herself. The house is not modern but I am sure it's cozy and useful. I would be happy with this experience and I will do my best to make feel good and welcome.

Alicante Golf Playa San Juan
Playa San Juan Alicante, España: At home you will find a tennis and padel court also a swimming pool. The beach is very close to home just 10 minuts by walking we also have bikes if you want to use them. The TRAM stop is close. You have two, one at beach and other at campo de golf 10 minuts far at the golf you have two coffee shops a burger king and also all the pubs so if you want to dance there's a good place to go.
My coffee shop is 5 minutes by car, 3 stops by TRAM, 15 minutes by bus.
The house 30 minutes from the centre.
