I have a very large / comfortable house (each room has its own bathroom. The house has an area in the attic, type suite with its living room, + a 2nd great room where we socialize a lot family and friends . We are in a residential complex with gym, swimming pool, paddle and sauna, near the Entrepinos Golf. There is public transport to Valladolid city center. Simancas is a historical place.
