The house has two floors, a garden with a salt-water swimming pool, a view to the sea and the Orange fields. It has satellite TV, telephone, personal computer with access to internet and Wi-fi and other facilities.
It is located in a residential area next to the Tennis Club where you can practise sports such as Tennis, Paddle, Pelota etc. It also has a Gym opened every day and a Cafetería where you can have something to drink. There is also a Golf Club nearby.

Excursions and Local Attractions
I live 7 km from a small town called Vinarós www.turisme.vinaros.es in the province of Castellón. Not far, you can also visit Peñiscola, a small coastal town with a very interesting history. Not far you can visit Morella which is a very famous fortified town full of history.
Barcelona is only a two-hour drive and Valencia one and a half hour. Nearby is also The Delta del Ebro, a wonderful natural park and you can also do some hiking in The Maestrazgo, a ridge of mountains dotted with beautiful tourist villages.
