Hobbies and Interests
I wish to share Galicia´s cultural heritage with guests during their homestay. My interests are entertaining, gardening, cooking, sports, travel, reading, architecture, theatre and classical/jazz music. My husband enjoys water sports, gardening, music and reading. He is a qualified Yacht Captain.

In a truly unspoilt part of NW Spain our home is situated near Baiona(Pontevedra) in the Rias Bajas(Lower Estuaries) just one kilometre from the sea. Golden sand beaches and shallow, safe bathing can be enjoyed as well as in our private infinity pool. Watersports(sailing,windsurfing,canoeing), golf, tennis, cycling and mountain walking are popular. The lush, green Miñor Valley is well-known for its beauty. Flanked by marvellous mountain scenery the area enjoys mild weather all year round. In a region of great diversity with idyllic islands dotted along the coastline the spectacular Cies Islands are on view from the property forming part of the National Park of the Atlantic Islands of Galicia. Delight in theatrical performances, concerts, local pazos(Galician manor houses) maritime/artarchaeological museums, exhibitions, open air markets and local fiestas.
