A cosy attic bedroom, with en-suite (shower only - no bath), single bed, desk, chair and velux window overlooking the back garden.
Excursions and Local Attractions
Cheshire is a beautiful county - lush and green - but Manchester city centre is just twenty minutes away by public transport with its museums, galleries, shops, entertainment and, of course, our two famous football teams: Manchester United and Manchester City!
There are so many wonderful places to visit in Manchester city centre including John Rylands library and Central library which are certainly worth a visit along with China Town and the Cathedral. There are lovely walks along the canal with lots of typical English pubs and restaurants. The Whitworth Art Gallery and the City Art Gallery are world renowned.
Back in the countryside, there are numerous stately homes such as Dunham Massey and Tatton Park which are on our doorstep.
Travelling more widely to Sheffield, Leeds and even London is very easy from your base at our home.
