Hobbies and Interests
Theatre, cinema, sport (mostly watching these days), travelling, reading (mostly fiction and history; particular interest in military history), most types of games (board games and card games - good bridge player, keen poker player), food and wine - cooking is my passion and I'm very good at it!
Accommodation
We have two spacious double bedrooms, each equipped with a chair and desk for working and with plenty of storage space. Double glazing and central heating throughout.
Additional we have a third small double bedroom - a very nice room, but too small to take a desk
Excursions and Local Attractions
The big local attraction is Hampton Court Palace. I regularly take students on walking excursions along the river to Kingston (and int he opposite direction towards Walton) and Bushy Park is very close - we're surrounded by green spaces. Waterloo is 35 minutes away so excursions to central London are easily arranged.
