I've lived, worked or taught in eight countries and have traveled in over 40. I like dining, cinema, reading, nature and architecture.

Excursions and Local Attractions

Our lakefront townhouse has a fireplace, sunroom, 48" LED-TV, super fast internet, free long distance phone, and every new appliance. There's a sparkling swimming pool, tennis courts and treed greenbelts with a bird sanctuary. The views are stunning.

CAMARILLO HAS THE BEST CLIMATE IN THE WORLD. The Designer Outlet Center (with +200 shops) is walking distance, as is a verdant city park w. free music concerts, a variety of delicious restaurants, and even a Trader Joe's Grocery across the street..

The artsy center of Ventura is 10 minutes as is the town center of Thousand Oaks with it's opera house. Malibu Beach is 15 -minutes, and Beverly Hills, Universal Studios and Santa Barbara are about 45 minutes.

One could walk to the AMTRAK train station from here, which goes directly to Downtown Los Angeles, Ventura, Santa Barbara, San Diego and San Francisco.
And the Shuttle goes directly to LA Intl Airport.
