A population of 45k (greater area 90k) means it has all the facilities and services of a city while retaining its town like charm. House is a large secluded villa on half an acre of land, much of which consists of gardens. Nelson is an excellent place for the outdoor enthusiast with national parks, lakes, mountains, the sea and vineyards. Tutor also speaks Spanish.
